The Aladdin offers guestrooms that are unmatched. An extensive historic preservation of 193 guestrooms in 2007 brought back the original 1926 art deco ambiance with a vintage hip approach for a fresh look at yesterday. Each of our well appointed guest rooms feature an array of modern, lifestyle-enhancing amenities, efficient workspaces, and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. The Aladdin offers a wide selection of rooms including, single king, single queen or two-queen bedded standard rooms, the Greta Garbo Suite that features a whirlpool tub, or the Mickey Mantle Suite.

Greta Garbo Suite

Need a little star-like treatment? Then retreat into our finely appointed and comfortable Greta Garbo Suite named for the actress who stayed at the original Aladdin hotel back in her heyday. This suite is complete with a large living room area that includes a sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The spacious bathroom features a whirlpool tub and separate stand up shower with dual showerheads. The bedroom, separate from the other rooms, offers guests a comfortable king size bed. For travelers who enjoy luxury in their accommodations, the Greta Garbo Suite is perfect for your weekend getaway or when you as Greta herself said "want to be alone" with that special someone.

Mickey Mantle Suite

For the discerning traveler, our Mickey Mantle Suite is perfect after a hard day on the road. Our Mickey Mantle Suite is designed with the business traveler in mind since it features a king size bed, a large living room area with a sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and spacious work desk with an ergonomic chair.

Not only will the room's productive environment motivate you on your next business trip but hopefully our favorite story about Mickey Mantle. During a slump Mickey Mantle was sent down to the Yankees' top farm team, the Kansas City Blues. He didn't think he could break out of it so he called his Dad for some inspiration saying he didn't think he could play baseball anymore. Mickey's dad drove up to Kansas City, checked into the Aladdin Hotel and gave Mickey the encouragement he needed in order to become one of the most renowned baseball players in history. We know the "talk" happened at the Aladdin and we'd like to think it happened in this very room so we named the suite in Mickey's honor.

Kansas City Accommodation for all guests

Guests that are physically challenged will find that the Aladdin has many features designed for their comfort. We have tried to ensure not only that our property is barrier-free, but also that you will find our staff both helpful and welcoming.

ADA compliant rooms feature one queen bed. Each of these rooms is wheelchair accessible, offer wide doors, grab bars, raised toilet seats and roll in showers. Additional equipment includes closed captioned television, TTD, TTY, and Alert systems
